Net zero refers to achieving a balance between the greenhouse gases being emitted into the atmosphere and those taken out, which would effectively reduce global warming. ๐
To achieve this goal, governments and industries have to reduce their emissions as much as possible. They can also offset any remaining emissions by removing carbon through methods such as carbon capture and storage. ๐ฑ
This is a critical goal to keep global temperature rise below 1.5ยฐC, which will help to prevent the most severe impacts of climate change. Achieving net zero is both a challenge and necessity for a sustainable future.
