This week I’m feeling quotes that remind me that I am more than just my latest draft, design, or finished project. As artists we put SO MUCH of ourselves into our work that it can be easy to be harsh or unkind to ourselves when we’re creatively blocked or asked to ignore our instincts. So if you’re in need of a little boost - here’s a little reminder to take care of your mental health and dialogue ❤️❤️

I’m a big believer my designs are not about me. A successful design lends my expertise to a brand and their users. I am - in essence a mediator, a person who helps others talk to their users as frictionlessly as possible. Sometimes that means checking my ego, other times it means advocating for those I design for. But always - I am there to represent my brands and clients story.

Yes, yes I have. Loving .wing it’s lovely spaces and staff are wonderful and they host so MANY talks and events. I was so pleased to see ladies collaborating so creatively and spiritedly! Looking forward to spending time in this space. Creative ladies check it out if you have the funds for a co-working space (or ask to be someone’s guest for an event!)
