Rockport VAL is proud to serve as the official Technology Partner for the Appraisal Institute’s University Valuation Case Challenge.

Through this partnership, participating students will receive complimentary access and training in Rockport VAL, giving them hands-on experience with modern valuation technology as they work through real-world case studies.

Hosted during the Appraisal Institute Annual Conference, the University Valuation Case Challenge brings together top undergraduate real estate programs from across the country, creating a meaningful opportunity for emerging talent to showcase their skills in front of leading industry employers.

Interested in being part of the Challenge? Teams consist of four undergraduate students (2nd–4th year). A student or faculty/staff advisor may complete the registration. The deadline to enter is February 10, 2026.
