IPC’s End of Life/End of Service software support for the Alliance system service pack 1 software versions 15.3 and 16.2 is fast approaching (December 31, 2016). This means there will be no new updates, fixes, patches, etc. They will maintain the hardware, but that will reach End of Service in 2017 keeping in line with the end of Alliance MX system sales in 2014; and system expansions and the sale of IQMX turrets in 2015. This raises the following questions: Is IPC reducing your maintenance charges since they are only covering hardware? or Why do I need IPC for support?
Market Communications, the leading alternative maintenance services provider of IPC systems since 1998, have a ready supply of turret inventory (Slimline/IQMX/IQMax) and all Alliance system components. We continue to maintain and support the system, extending the life, and will do so for years to come.
Whether you’re in need of service; prefer a maintenance agreement; service and support to transition to new technology moving away from the IPC platform; or simply a part, client’s look to Market Communications. We are customer focused and employ a staff of fully trained engineers that provide timely service in a professional manner.
