Every repetition is training your psychology- because it compounds.
Some reps make winning easier.
Some reps make losing easier.

Repeatedly choosing:
- Discipline over convenience
- Ownership over blame
- Curiosity over defensiveness
- Thinking for yourself v outsourcing your thinking

Discipline in the “hard stuff” makes winning easier.

On the flip side, becoming “sicker” isn’t one big decision.
It’s the repeated reps of:
- Defending + Justifying
- Waiting for someone else to solve your problems
- Refusal to look honestly at yourself
- Always looking for something easier

Those reps compound too.

Every action—and every inaction—is a rep.
Overthinking compounds.
Hesitation compounds.
Indecision compounds.

We like to think we’re neutral.
We’re not.

Every rep strengthens a neural pathway until it becomes your default.

The question isn’t whether you’re compounding.
It’s WHAT you’re compounding.

Earlier this week we broke down what Visceral Drafting is. Here’s how to actually do it…

“I have found this ritual of Visceral Drafting every morning to be the biggest difference maker… sitting down with a blank piece of paper instead of starting with emails… creating what I want do & why has been an immensely valuable habit.”
— Greg, Senior Partner, Head of Perks at Work
