Interesting. Gallup's recent analysis of the European job market:

European employees are increasingly optimistic about job opportunities, but workplace engagement remains low (I mean, really low) ... showing organizations must focus more on purpose, leadership, and meaningful employee experiences to retain key talent and improve performance.
