BEFORE PURCHASE FAQ's
Q1:Can you check if my phone can be unlocked or not?
A1:Unfortunately there is no way to check it before-hand, as we must submit all orders to remote server. We will notify you if the phone unlocked, if not, we will provide a full refund.
Q2:What models / Networks do you unlock?
A2:You can find it on your iPhone.
Q3:I am not in USA, can you still unlock my phone?
A3:Yes, the service will work for all activated iPhones, no matter if you are in the USA or any where else in the world. Once unlocked you can use the phone on any supported network in the world.
Q4:What baseband / Firmware are supported?
A4:All baseband / Firmware are supported.
Q5:Will my phone lock again if I upgrade the firmware?
A5:Once your phone is unlocked, it remains permanently unlocked, no matter what. You will be able to update the phones on iTunes without any issue.
Q6:What if I submit the wrong IMEI?
A6:It is your responsibility to provide an accurate IMEI number. It is important that you make sure to submit the correct IMEI. There will be NO refund in case of a wrong IMEI submission. DO NOT SEND THE IMEI FROM THE RETAIL BOX. TO FIND CORRECT IMEI, Tab Settings then tab General, tab "About" and scroll down to find "IMEI"
Q7:Do I need any cable or USB to complete unlocking?
A7:Yes, in order to complete the unlocking process, you have to connect your iPhone to iTunes, using the dock connector or USB cable that came with your iPhone. See below for complete unlocking instructions.
Q8:What if my phone is not unlocked within time for the service I purchased?
A8:99.9% of the time we do unlock the phones within time. However, if for any reason that are beyond our control and we are not able to unlock the phone, we will make you the full refund after 72 hours from the time of your purchase.
