A lot of small business owners hear "IT support" and picture someone showing up when the printer breaks.
That is a small part of it.
The bigger part happens before anything breaks. Patches get applied on a schedule instead of "whenever." Someone is actually watching for logins that do not look right. The stuff you cannot afford to lose has a real backup, not a folder someone meant to back up eventually.
None of that is exciting. All of it is the difference between a bad Tuesday and a bad year.
If your current setup runs on sticky notes, personal Gmail logins, and "I think Dave handles that," that is worth a real conversation.
We're a Brooklyn-based team and we'd be glad to talk through what a real setup looks like for a business your size.
