For those who are saying “massive work” is needed.

Please reserve your criticism when we show the final prototype, of The Outlaw.

This is a prototype, prototype is meant to be shown to see what is egregiously wrong.

The points pointed out are not egregiously wrong because our sculpt does have the facial details.

It is simply a case of a non high resolution 3D print for the purpose of a first prototype. The non high resolution print coupled with thick paint results in what you maybe seeing.

So please take it easy.

For anyone who receives their CAG set 2.0 in this condition.

Here are the following solutions

1) unscrew the seats, boil water, after the water is boiled. Put the seats in for 10 seconds, carefully remove the seats with some pincers so that you do not scald your fingers. Let it cool and the seats will form back to their original shape. The deformation could come from the product receiving unusual temperature conditions during its transit during shipping. We did not ship pre-warped seats out.

2) if DIY is not your thing because you expect your product to arrive the way it should be. Then email [email protected] and we will send you replacement seats.
