Our Commitment to DEI

This Black History Month, as we honor the resilience, achievements, and cultural legacy of the Black community, we also reflect on the ongoing journey toward justice and equality. Recent discussions about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives remind us that progress requires vigilance—and action.

What is DEI?

Diversity: Embracing differences in race, ethnicity, gender, ability, and more.

Equity: Ensuring fair access to opportunities by addressing systemic barriers.

Inclusion: Creating environments where everyone feels valued and empowered.

Where did DEI come from?
DEI’s roots stretch back to the Civil Rights Movement of the 1960s, when courageous leaders fought to dismantle segregation and institutional racism. Over decades, this work expanded to include all marginalized groups, evolving into structured efforts to foster belonging in workplaces, schools, and communities. Today, DEI is not just a policy—it’s a promise to uphold dignity for all.

Why does DEI matter?
Black History Month reminds us that representation and equity are hard-won victories—and the fight continues. DEI ensures that the voices, stories, and contributions of Black individuals and other underrepresented groups are centered, not silenced. It drives innovation, strengthens communities, and builds a future where everyone thrives.

Our Promise
While some may step back from DEI, we’re stepping forward. Ethics Professionals Game Corporation remains committed to fostering a culture where diversity is celebrated, equity is non-negotiable, and inclusion is intentional. This month and always, we stand with the Black community and all who champion justice.

Join us in learning, growing, and taking action. Share your stories, engage with Black-owned businesses, and educate yourself on the history that shapes today. Together, we can build a world where everyone belongs. ✊🏾✨

Important Update: New York’s Equal Rights Amendment Passes!

I know many of you are feeling discouraged about election results across the country. But here in New York, the people of our state voted decisively to protect the rights and liberties of all individuals through the passage of Proposition 1, also known as the Equal Rights Amendment.

With this amendment now officially part of our state constitution, New York has expanded its protections against discrimination to include not only race, color, and creed but also ethnicity, national origin, age, disability, and a full spectrum of gender and healthcare rights. This means that individuals facing discrimination—whether in housing, employment, or public services—now have stronger constitutional protections. We also stand for equal protection under the law for every New Yorker and those who may need to travel here seeking healthcare and autonomy over their reproductive rights.

As we move forward, it’s important to remember that true change happens not only through our votes but also through our commitment to inclusivity and justice.
Stay informed, stay hopeful, and let’s keep pushing for a future that honors the rights of every individual.

“Pathologists Paradise / Prison” is a game that tests the players' interception skills, which are the ability to perceive and regulate one's own internal bodily states. The game presents the players with various scenarios that require them to make decisions based on their interception, such as choosing what to eat, how to react to stress, or how to deal with pain. The game is challenging because it forces the players to confront their own physical and emotional sensations, and to balance their needs with the consequences of their actions. The game also adapts to the players' responses, making the scenarios more difficult or rewarding depending on their performance.

At Ethics Professionals Game Corporation, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of the computer software industry. That's why we invest in research and innovation, collaborate with other industry players, and promote ethical and responsible practices in our field.

- We adhere to the highest standards of quality, security, and accessibility in our software products, and we follow the principles of fair use, privacy, and transparency in our business operations. Some of our software products include:
- Pathologists Paradise/Prison: A game that challenges players to confront raw, often painful, truths about mental health, trauma, healing, and resilience. Drawing inspiration from poignant episodes of Black Mirror, particularly "Hated in the Nation", it reflects on the corrosive power of collective hate, the pernicious grip of technology, and the heavy weight of societal judgment. consequences of their actions in a fantasy world.
-Mysterious: a game that aims to educate players about the complex and multifaceted nature of violence, as well as to inspire them to take action and make a positive difference in their communities.
- Safe Haven: An app that uses machine learning to identify patterns of abuse and connect individuals with local and regional resources.
- We encourage our employees to pursue their professional development and personal growth, by providing them with opportunities to learn new skills, take on new challenges, and explore their creativity.
- We foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and respect in our workplace, where everyone can feel valued and empowered to contribute to our mission and vision.
