Updating some certifications here and appears, unsurprisingly, Google has absolutely no idea how their search product works anymore. BMM has been sunset since 2021. While we understand the importance of paid search marketing and massive market share Google has, we remind everyone that of all the people working in search, Google and those directly associated with Google have VERY little understanding of how their stuff works. Do no harm…. to the bottom line.
