The Science team at Datacubed Health is recruiting participants for a long-term paid study.

We are seeking participants to share their experience and insights using medical treatments/health services.
You must reside in the United States to participate. If eligible and selected to participate, participants will be invited to complete surveys and/or join conference call meetings (Zoom). An opportunity to participate in face-to-face meetings could arise, but there is no obligation to attend.
For each survey/meeting (not including the screener), participants will be paid $25 via PayPal transfer.
