🇺🇸 250 years. Millions of family stories.

As America celebrates its 250th anniversary, I'm reminded that behind every generation is a family that sacrificed, hoped, and dreamed of something better.

Some families have called this land home for centuries. Others crossed oceans, learned new languages, and started over with nothing but faith in the future.

My own family is one of those stories.

My mother came to America first as a nurse. Later, my father, an industrial engineer, followed. My older brother and I arrived as teenagers, and my younger brother was just 11 years old.

Today, our children—their grandchildren—are first-generation Americans.

When I look at them, I see the dreams my parents carried with them so many years ago.

Those dreams inspired me to build bttrfly—a place where families can find community, support, and trusted resources, because no family should have to navigate life's biggest decisions alone.

Here's to every family whose story has helped shape America.

To those who came before us.

To those building today.

And to the generations still to come.

Happy 250th Anniversary, America. ❤️🤍💙

But in today’s world… so is your child’s digital footprint. 💭

From baby photos to milestone moments, many children are growing up online before they can even understand what social media is.

This isn’t about fear or guilt. It’s about being intentional with what we share, how often we share it, and who gets access to our children’s lives online.

Because one day, our kids may inherit the digital identity we created for them.
