This is probably the least sexy thing I can tell you about AI:
You have to teach the damn thing. 😂
I've spent weeks working with Claude on my content system.
Correcting things I wouldn't say. Explaining why I didn't like something. Giving it examples. Adding rules. Removing rules that weren't working. Teaching it when to ask me questions and, just as importantly, when to stop asking me so many damn questions.
And NOW I can package all of that into a skill and get something useful.
That's the part I think gets lost when we see these videos of people building entire systems with AI in a few hours.
The build might've taken a few hours.
But the knowledge that made the build possible didn't.
AI gets faster when you stop treating every conversation like you're meeting for the first time.
Give it context. Correct it. Save what works. Build on it.
That's when it actually starts taking work off your plate instead of becoming another thing you have to babysit.
And that's the kind of AI I'm interested in teaching.
Not 100 random tools.
How to actually make this s**t useful in your business.
I'm teaching exactly that at Practical AI for Beginners, October 24–25 in New Orleans.
