California continues to receive the largest share of Jones Act waivers, with 25% of all waived voyages occurring between California ports.

This trend isn’t the result of a lack of American maritime capability, it reflects years of underinvestment in refinery and energy infrastructure.

Every time a waiver is used, American Mariners lose work. It's time to protect our workers, and investments.
