AN EVENT IS MORE THAN WHAT YOU SEE ON STAGE.

Behind every cue, camera shot, lighting change and perfectly timed moment is a team making sure all the pieces work together.
Design. Video. Audio. Lighting. Show control. Staging. Logistics. Each plays a different role, but together they create one seamless experience.
That’s the anatomy of a well-produced event—and when it’s done right, your audience never has to think about what’s happening behind the scenes.
They just experience the moment.

Every detail matters. Every cue counts.

HBCU ON THE ROAD. 🛣️🏈

One activation. Multiple campuses. A whole lot happening behind the scenes.
Our crew is on the road bringing this HBCU experience from city to city — setting up a full-scale activation designed to create a place where fans can gather, interact and celebrate the culture surrounding college football.
From custom scenic fabrication and signage to props, florals, décor, setup and logistics, our team helps bring every detail together — then packs it up and does it all over again at the next stop. 💪
Because some events don’t stay in one place.
We build them to travel.
Different campus. Same experience. New crowd. Let’s roll. 🚛

THE BEST EVENTS LOOK EFFORTLESS. THAT’S THE POINT.
What your guests see is the finished experience—the stage, the lights, the screens and a show that runs exactly as it should.
What they don’t see? That’s where the real work happens.
Planning. Design. Fabrication. Equipment prep. Trucking. Rigging. Installation. Programming. Rehearsals. Crew. Show management. And when everyone else goes home... load-out.
There’s a whole production happening beneath the surface to make those few hours in front of an audience feel seamless.
You see the show. We see everything it takes to get there.

ONE TEAM. EVERY ELEMENT. ONE UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE. ⚡
When everything works together, you feel the difference.
For this production, Event Producers provided LED, video, audio, lighting, staging and scenic, with our team also supporting rehearsals and managing the run of show from start to finish.
It’s more than supplying equipment. It’s having one production partner connecting the technology, the environment and the execution—so every cue hits, every transition flows and every element works together.
Your event. Our expertise. All together.

Your event. Our expertise. All together.
A blank ballroom is just the beginning. 👀
Give us the space, and we’ll bring the production.
From audio, video and lighting to scenic, staging and show management, our team brings every production element together to transform an empty room into an experience your audience will remember.
Because your meeting deserves more than a projector and two speakers. 😉

A blank space. Endless potential. Full production. Lasting impression.

🌟 September Employee Spotlight 🌟
🎬 Employee Spotlight: Justin Lucus 🎬

Some people see a pile of lumber and materials.
Justin sees what it’s about to become.
This month, we’re shining the spotlight on Justin Lucas, Scenic Technician and one of the talented hands behind our builds.
From carpentry and construction to tackling the small details that bring a scenic piece together, Justin helps turn ideas on paper into real-world environments built for our events.
He’s skilled, hands-on, always ready to jump in, and an important part of the crew that makes the magic happen long before anyone walks through the doors.
Because around here, big ideas still have to be built. 💪

Thanks for everything you bring to the shop and the team, Justin!

NEW ORLEANS IS HOME.
THE COUNTRY IS OUR JOB SITE.

Some events happen down the street. Others happen a few states away.
Either way, we’re packing the truck. 😎
At Event Producers, our capabilities don’t stop at the Louisiana state line. We travel across the country supporting events, activations and productions from the first build in our shop through the final load-out.
We design it. Build it. Pack it. Ship it. Install it. Run it.
And for long-term activations? We’re in it for the long haul—providing ongoing scenic, technical and production support for experiences that can run for weeks or even months.
One city. Multiple cities. One night. Four months.
Wherever the job takes us, we’re ready to roll.

THE BAND BRINGS THE MUSIC. WE BRING EVERYTHING ELSE.
Behind every great live performance is a whole lot happening that the audience never sees.
Audio dialed in.
Lighting programmed.
Video rolling.
LED glowing.
Rigging in place.
Show control ready.
And a production crew making sure it all happens exactly when it should.
From concert halls to arenas and everything in between, Event Producers brings the tech, crew and production experience to take a live show from soundcheck to showtime.
Big room? Big crowd? Big production?
Yeah. We do that. 🤘

Something big is taking shape in our fabrication shop.

We can’t reveal the client or finished activation just yet, but we can give you a closer look at the craftsmanship behind the build.
From custom framing and fabrication to scenic finishing, paint, hardware, and final prep, every detail is carefully planned before the experience ever reaches show site.
The branding may still be under wraps—but the work speaks for itself.
Built in-house. Built with purpose. Built to be unforgettable.
