Amazon announced a new, free benefit for sellers called Account Health Assurance, which formalizes our commitment to not deactivate a seller’s account as long as they work with us to resolve any issues.

Account Health Assurance is launching first with selling partners in Amazon’s U.S. and Canadian stores.

Account Health Assurance was built based on seller feedback and is part of Amazon’s continuing efforts to provide sellers with more transparency and tools to support their account health.

Sellers know they are enrolled in Account Health Assurance when they see the badge at the top of their account page in Seller Central, Amazon’s internal seller portal.

Sometimes the return process can be as simple as a customer contacting you regarding an item they would like to return. The customer sends back the product, then you refund the customer and contact the supplier to credit or reimburse you. But this is not always the case.

Sometimes when the product is very cheap, you can just make a refund without a return not to waste time and money. However,be prepared for more complex return and replacement processes.
