Happy Anniversary
This month marks the first anniversary of ALGO SOLVER, and I wanted to look back at the last twelve months to highlight the progress the company has made with your efforts. We are almost halfway through 2022 and I am very proud of what we have achieved together and wanted to take this opportunity to share with you some thoughts and key areas of focus as we move forward in our exciting journey.
Algo Solver today is getting stronger as marketplace champion of the local region and getting more response from its local clients. Our esteemed customers recognize the differentiated value we bring to them in terms of superior service delivery, innovative solutions and responsiveness to their needs. They also recognize our contribution to the local industry and the larger society. We need to continue to build on their trust and demonstrate with clear actions, our strong belief in developing more larger marketplace and individual products throughout the year.
I would like to congratulate you for the prompt integration efforts. We co-located in few countries like Bangladesh, India and are working together to optimize and streamline our support functions and hiring multiple talents to build our team stronger than before. We need to complete this effort by year end resulting in a companywide open source system, improve utilization across segments and countries, share best practices and chose the most effective tool regardless of the originator. The overall market will continue to get more competitive, and we absolutely need to continuously improve to stay ahead of the competition and achieve our goals.
We grew at a much faster pace than the market. We accomplished almost 40% YOY growth and our aspiration is to double the company size by next year. Together we can achieve our goals when we continue to work as one team, build on the segments’ portfolio and more micro-services and create open source codes for people around the globe. The organization will take an active approach to support the new product lines entrants. We need to deploy technology innovations tailored for customer needs, be close to the customer in the field and at their offices, listen to them, present technical solutions and leverage our technology partners and continue to seek support from our individual strength. We have established an incredibly talented group of developers to ensure they are ready to take challenges and give credible solutions based on our client’s needs.
We have encountered many challenges and difficulties related to market changes, government regulations, health situations, growing cost, more difficult customer expectations.
In Algo Solver, we consider challenges as better opportunities rather than risks. With our strategy, values and motto, challenges just push us to demonstrate our best unique and exceptional results, and allow us rule & progress, no matter what.
I consider Algo Solver as a living being that is nurtured by success and growth, love and appreciation. Last year was full of achievements and wins as well as with some hiccups and losses. We signed some contracts and lost some. We gained new clients and lost some, we signed with new vendors and abandoned on some, we welcomed new employees; and said farewell for some. We rewarded some employees for distinguished achievements, and we warned some for shortages.
I would specially recognize and mention my appreciation to the departments and employees who empower us to continue our winning journey with income and quality and customer satisfaction. Special thanks to all those soldiers in the back stages, and deep appreciation to the entire team.
Not neglecting the collaborative efforts from all of you, and not underestimating all the loyalty and good intentions and determination to do good for our company; but remember that intentions are not sufficient. Real achievements are fueled by wisdom, know-how, qualifications, planning and hard work.
I trust that we all have a true commitment to exceed the expectations of all stakeholders (clients, vendors, colleagues and managers) and to play true genuine role in designing the future of our business domain locally and globally.
