They started their freshman and junior years yesterday, but both my kiddos attended preschool at FCC. I believe they still have a handful of openings for this school year.

My lovely assistant and I were busy doing removal and survey work this week for a couple projects on the books.

Super thankful for my oldest for stepping up when I need a hand. He’s gradually learning tricks of the trade. I might turn him into a sign guy, yet.

The Crocs will have to go, though.

“In sickness and in sign installations” was not [expressly] part of our vows, but my husband is an absolute rockstar and has always supported my endeavors.

Fun fact: We worked at the same sign shop in Tucson, AZ for a few years. He started his career in IT there after earning his degree. And he learned a thing or two about signs.

He’s a lovely assistant…even when I’ve got him in a lift basket on his day off.

Expect the unexpected! Even when you’ve thought of everything, checked and double checked your list, sometimes Mother Nature has other plans.
Last week’s installation was thwarted by the weather. I’m not afraid of a little rain, but 15 feet in the air in a metal basket, working on a metal sign in a thunderstorm…no thank you!
Luckily we had a dry garage to get the graphics applied to the new Flowers N' All / Carol's Cakery delivery van.

When you’ve got a big installation job scheduled for tomorrow, but your vehicle decides it’s a great time to blow a rear shock absorber: It must be Monday.

Thankfully Caldwell Services- mobile mechanic was able to get us back up and running, same-day. All before I could finish installing graphics on their newest truck! Don’t hesitate to give Jim a call if you’re in need of repairs.
