This build includes:
• A bold, elegant white, red & black design system built around their rebrand toward corporate and large-scale events
• A live, database-driven seasonal mocktail menu the owner can update herself
• A "Where We'll Be" schedule with a simple admin dashboard for managing upcoming stops
• A contact/inquiry system with instant owner notifications
• Fully custom animated visuals, built from scratch

Tech Tip Tuesday:

A clear call-to-action can make a big difference on your website. In one CTA study, the average high-converting button had just 3.4 words, which shows simple and direct usually works best.

That means buttons like “Get a Quote,” “Call Now,” or “Book Today” are often stronger than long or confusing phrases.

If customers have to think too hard about what to do next, they’ll usually just leave.

💡 Tech Tip Tuesday
Do you actually OWN your domain name? 🤔
Most small business owners say yes. But here's what's really going on behind the scenes...
A domain name (like yourbusiness.com) is something you rent, not buy. You pay a registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.) every year to keep it.
Here's where businesses get burned:
→ Your web agency registered it for you — now it's in THEIR account, not yours. Good luck getting it back if things go south.
→ Auto-renew is off — you forget to renew, it expires, and domain squatters sn**ch it within hours and try to sell it back to you for hundreds or thousands.
→ You don't know your login — no access = no control. If your registrar account gets locked, your whole website can vanish.
What you should do RIGHT NOW:
✅ Make sure the domain is registered in YOUR name
✅ Turn auto-renew ON
✅ Know your registrar login credentials
✅ Set a calendar reminder 60 days before expiration

Wait...What?! Wednesday!

Yesterday we talked about Cumulative Layout Shift, but let's be real—that’s just a fancy way of saying your website is doing the "cha-cha" while people are trying to read it.

Imagine you’re driving across a bridge. Suddenly, the road shifts three feet to the left while you’re mid-commute. You’d be pretty annoyed, right?

That is exactly what happens when a website loads an image without telling the browser how big it is. Your text is there, your user is reading, and then—BOOM—the image pops in, the text jumps down, and your customer just accidentally clicked an "Unsubscribe" button instead of "Buy Now."

The Fix for Non-Techies:
When we build your site, we give every "passenger" (your images and videos) a reserved seat. Even before the image shows up, the space is held so the rest of your content stays exactly where it belongs.

Tech Tip Tuesday: Boost Your Core Web Vitals

Performance isn't just about speed; it's about user experience. Today’s tip focuses on Layout Shift, one of the most frustrating things a user can encounter.

The Tip: Always Define Image Dimensions
When you load an image without specified dimensions, the browser doesn't know how much space to reserve. Once the image finally loads, the content below it "jumps" down. This is a major contributor to a poor Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS) score.

The Fix:
Always include width and height attributes on your tags, or use CSS aspect-ratio properties.

Why it Matters:
SEO: Google uses Core Web Vitals as a ranking factor. A stable page is a higher-ranking page.

Conversion: Users are less likely to click the wrong button (or leave in frustration) when the UI stays still.

Professionalism: It’s a small detail that separates "built" sites from "engineered" applications.
