Starting Monday(October 17) we will begin Training, Open to everybody.
We will Go From 3:30 till The Lights Go Out, We will Be Working on Conditioning a lot. So if youre going to be out there expect a good run every MONDAY and WEDNSDAY,Now Dont let your Hopes go down, we will also be scrimmiging a lot, and doing Drills. If You are not in shape, we Recommend you attend.
