Under the leadership of personal sales mentors, students operate their own independent business selling the Southwestern Advantage Learning System directly to families face-to-face. Our integrated suite of print, software, and online resources develops both academic skills and success principles in students from pre-K through high school. Each sale of the Southwestern Advantage online products generates a 1 to 1 matched product donation to a non-profit organization that helps children via our 'Share The Advantage' program. Student reps are thoroughly trained in how to generate prospects, leads, and referrals over the course of their summer break; a system proven to work effectively for over 155 years. The Southwestern Advantage Sales & Leadership Program is designed to be the best opportunity for personal and professional growth for college students.
