Network Minds has an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Network Engineer to manage and assist in designing network infrastructure, plan, implement and maintain the network operations, including but not limited to:
• Onsite and Remote support from our office, this position involves local travel to client locations using company transportation.
• IT Support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft’s core business applications and operating systems.
• Technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and security.
• Windows Server administration, implementation, and migration skills a must
VMware server infrastructure
• Take the lead role on network upgrades and implementations, using sound project management skills to achieve objectives.
• Work closely with other members of the IT staff supporting end users, managing the technology environment, solving complex problems, communicating, and documenting systems changes.
• 4-6 years of relevant I.T. experience preferred
Candidate must be able to complete tasks, follow up, and deliver elite customer service and with little supervision.
The environment is non-competitive and customer service driven.
