IT Help Desk / Support Engineer (Level 1–2) – MSP (Naples/SWFL)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
We are seeking an IT Help Desk / Support Engineer (Level 1–2) who enjoys working with clients, solving problems, and being part of a collaborative team. Ideal candidates are detail‑oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering an exceptional support experience.
As part of our MSP help desk team, you will be responsible for handling day‑to‑day support tickets, troubleshooting end‑user issues, and assisting with tasks within Microsoft 365 and business network environments. This role offers clear room for growth, including training, mentorship, and opportunities to advance into higher‑level engineering.
You Are a Great Candidate If You Have:
Experience
- 1+ years of IT Help Desk, Technical Support, or Service Desk experience
- MSP experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Technical Skills (Level 1–2)
- Hands‑on experience supporting Windows 11 desktops and laptops
- Ability to troubleshoot common user issues (printers, connectivity, applications, permissions, etc.)
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (ConnectWise Manage is a plus)
Microsoft 365 Requirements
Candidate must have working knowledge of:
- Adding/removing users & mailboxes
- Password resets and MFA support
- Managing shared mailboxes & distribution lists
- Basic Microsoft 365 admin tasks
- Understanding of Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive basics
General IT Knowledge
- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals, such as DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, and Wi‑Fi troubleshooting
- Ability to follow documentation, processes, and escalation procedures
- Comfort working both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail in documentation and communication
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1–2 technical support to clients via phone, ticket system, and onsite visits
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and common business applications
- Manage user accounts within Microsoft 365, including onboarding and offboarding
- Assist with password resets, MFA configuration, and basic identity management
- Maintain clear communication with clients and team members
- Document work performed and update tickets accurately
- Escalate advanced issues to senior engineers as needed
- Support MSP operational needs, including light onsite support when required

Requirements
- Must be located in Naples or Southwest Florida
- Must be able to commute to our Naples office
- Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm on‑site
