I want to give a huge and very well-deserved shout-out to Anthony!

Anthony is one of our longest-standing technicians and has been an important part of Shiptronics for more than eight years—maybe even nine, but I can’t count that high. LOL.

Anthony is a Master Seakeeper Certified Technician and, in my eyes, a master technician when it comes to Garmin, Simrad, Raymarine, and just about anything else he puts his mind to. No matter how difficult or unfamiliar the project may be, Anthony finds a way to figure it out, execute it correctly, and see it through to completion.

Recently, I gave Anthony one of the biggest technical challenges we have ever taken on: completing the first Avikus autonomous-driving and self-docking vessel installation on the West Coast of Florida. This was something Shiptronics had never done before, but I trusted Anthony with it because I knew he had the skill, determination, and intelligence to make it happen.

And he absolutely delivered.

The installation was completed perfectly. The boat owner is completely blown away, the Avikus team is extremely happy, and this vessel can now be used for demonstrations throughout the West Coast of Florida—helping Shiptronics introduce and install these incredible $80,000-plus autonomous boating systems for future customers.

This project was more than just another successful installation. It was a major accomplishment for Anthony and an important milestone for Shiptronics. It shows exactly what is possible when exceptional technical ability is combined with determination, pride, and the willingness to take on something that has never been done before.

Anthony, thank you for everything you have done and continue to do for Shiptronics. Thank you for supporting our technicians, our staff, our customers, and the entire company as we continue to grow. Your knowledge, loyalty, leadership, and ability to solve even the most challenging problems are truly appreciated.
