The radios are the radios. They have different levels of functionality and durability.

What really matters is service if you want to be sure you are serving your organization in the best possible way.
What do you get when you have a problem or a question?
Who do you call?
Do you get a voicemail or an automated system or someone who says they have to go ask their boss when you would like to get a replacement for a bad battery?
Or do you get the cell phone of a decision maker who can solve your problem quickly?
It’s all about Service.
The people we help use us as their two-way radio department. When they get a problem dumped on them that involves radio communication, they call or e-mail us to get it resolved.
Our job is to get it resolved quickly and easily so they can move on to the million other things they have to do!
We have been doing that since 1997.
