✅ Service Update – FULL RESTORATION COMPLETE ✅

We’re happy to announce that as of 4:00 AM this morning, our streaming servers were fully recovered, restored, and thoroughly security scanned to confirm everything is clean and operational.

Over the past several hours, we allowed connections back online in phases to ensure stability and performance. At this time, all customers should now be fully reconnected and operational.

🚨 Service Update – Restoration in Progress 🚨

We’re happy to report that the recent DDoS attack impacting NEXT Generation Streaming has been successfully neutralized. Our team immediately took action, and our security systems performed exactly as designed—protecting our infrastructure by shutting services down rather than allowing the attack to continue.

🔒 Important:

Our customers were never at fault
Your data and devices remain safe and secure
This was an external attack, and it has been handled

🛠️ What’s happening now:

We are actively restoring servers and services
Performing full security scans and integrity checks to ensure no threats remain
Bringing systems back online in phases

⏳ What to expect:

Restoration may take a few hours
Not all connections will return at the same time
We’ll notify you as soon as we are back to 100% operational

💡 A little silver lining…
During this outage, we pushed hard behind the scenes and finalized some major updates we had originally planned for later this year.

📢 Service Update – Streaming Issues

Some customers may be experiencing problems with streaming services today. We want to explain what’s going on in a simple way.

This appears to be related to a DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attack.

💡 What does that mean?
A DDoS attack is when bad actors intentionally overwhelm a website or service with an extreme amount of traffic all at once—kind of like forcing a traffic jam on purpose. When that happens, the system can slow down or stop working.

⚠️ What this means for you:

- This is not an issue with your home internet or devices
- You are not being personally targeted
- Restarting equipment may not fix it right now
- The companies affected are actively working to resolve it

We’re monitoring the situation and will keep you updated as things improve.

We have received numerous reports of streaming outages from various customers.

Trevor Hardy and Lakin Hardy have been traveling all day.

We are aware there is an issue. However, it's not one that we can fix on our own. Trevor is working with our hosting center on this issue.

We apologize for any inconvenience. We will keep you updated as we know more.

🚨 Today’s Episode: “Survivor: NEXTGen Edition” 🚨

The stomach virus has swept through the office like a tornado, and we are officially down to one brave soul holding the fort today. 😷💀

👉 Lane is out on-site saving the day for an MSP client
👉 Everyone else is down for the count
👉 Which leaves… one lone hero in the store

That same hero is:
📞 Answering phones
👋 Helping customers
💻 Running the store
🧃 And trying to remember to eat

Important note:
We will be closing from 11:30–12:30 so our lone survivor can take a lunch break and regroup.

We’re still open and here for you, but things may be a little slower than usual today. We promise we’re doing our best (and trying not to catch whatever started this chaos 😅).

✨ Auto billing will still run on January 1 like clockwork for NEXT Generation Streaming and NEXT Generation Wireless.

📞 If you call in your payment, please get it in before we close on New Year’s Eve. Otherwise, it’ll wait until January 2, since we’ll be closed on New Year’s Day.
