All mandated training curriculum is approved by the appropriate state UST governing bodies, which makes PASS the certifying body for UST Class A, B, & C Operator Training. Training is delivered via classroom sessions or our web-based learning management software (LMS). The PAS

S LMS includes enterprise features that allow your organizations to track facilities, students, trainings, and certificates. PASS also offers all encompassing software to assist and help small business to large multi-tier organizations effectively manage the task of executing state and federal compliance. PASS Tools™ is a UST compliance management application that brings all points of UST compliance together via a web-based tools including, but not limited to, site specific inspections, inspection schedules, maintenance plans, maintenance tracking, emergency procedures as per federal and state legislation.

We’ve continued making steady improvements across the PASS training platform this month, with a focus on reliability, workforce synchronization, and reducing friction for both administrators and end users. Recent updates included:

✔️ Improved Workday integration reliability for employee training launches
✔️ Fixes for LMS session expiration issues impacting in-progress training
✔️ Better catalog management feedback for company administrators
✔️ Protection against unintended contractor account deactivations during workforce syncs

Many of these updates address operational edge cases that become increasingly important as organizations scale training across large employee and contractor populations, integrate multiple HR and LMS systems, and manage compliance requirements across distributed teams.

Our ongoing focus remains on improving platform stability, simplifying administration, and ensuring training access remains seamless for field personnel, operators, and service organizations.

Over the past month, the PASS Forms Team completed dozens of new forms, revisions, and inspection updates spanning UST, AST, Stage I v***r recovery, CP testing, walkthrough inspections, air quality, overfill prevention, and state-specific compliance programs across the country.

One of the less visible — but most critical — challenges in petroleum compliance and field service operations is keeping inspection forms, testing documentation, and regulatory requirements continuously updated as states, regulators, and industry standards evolve.

A recent example came from Michigan, where compliance forms were updated from current PEI versions back to the 2017-approved versions based on guidance from LARA regulators. It is a good reminder that compliance is not always as simple as following the latest published industry form. In many cases, state-specific regulator expectations determine what needs to be used in the field.

For service providers and operators, this creates a real operational burden. Teams have to track changing requirements, update paperwork, communicate changes to technicians, and ensure completed documentation aligns with what regulators expect to see.

PASS now maintains more than 1,300 service plans and compliance forms supporting customers across all 50 states and U.S. commonwealths available for all our PASS clients to use in the service plan library.

Keeping that library current helps reduce manual paperwork management, improve consistency across field teams, and give decision makers more confidence that inspection and testing documentation is aligned with current regulatory expectations.

May brought two major enhancements to PASS customers focused on improving operational visibility and field service workflow management for the UST/AST industry.

🔹 Enhanced Visit & Inspection Management: The updated visit workflow improves how inspections and work orders are organized, managed, and documented across facilities. Compliance Field Services teams can more easily manage visit purposes, generate consolidated paperwork packages, and recover inspections that become stuck or incomplete in the field.

🔹 Next Generation Monitoring & ATG Management: We’ve also launched a redesigned monitoring experience with new dashboards, live ATG console capabilities, improved alarm visibility, and enhanced device communication reliability. The goal is to provide service teams with faster insight into facility conditions and more efficient monitoring operations at scale.

These updates are part of our continued investment in building practical operational tools for petroleum compliance and field service organizations managing complex inspection, maintenance, and monitoring workflows every day.
