A mistyped expiration date shouldn’t make a valid training record look expired. Fixing it shouldn’t require a company-wide login, either.
September’s PASS OPUS updates address the everyday problems that make training records harder to manage and verify:

• Wrong date on an uploaded certificate? Facility Admins can now correct third-party certificates at their assigned sites. The status updates with the date, and the change is logged.

• Old training cluttering a learner’s record? Admins can archive expired training themselves without calling support. Active training cannot be archived this way.

• A pass didn’t reach your learning system? OPUS now retries when the secure connection drops during the handoff.

• A name or address contains accented letters? Certificates and other platform PDFs now print those details correctly.

Each fix removes a small obstacle between a completed course and a clear, trustworthy record when someone needs to verify it.

A customer asked us to add New Hampshire’s annual test form for aboveground tanks. We built the form and the service plan that puts the test on the right site’s schedule.
That request captures the goal behind our September forms and inspection work: help technicians complete the right inspection and leave teams with the record their state expects.

Here’s what changed:
• New Hampshire: A new annual leak monitoring and overfill protection form for AST systems, built at a customer’s request.
• Iowa: Equipment-based walkthroughs now fill in the state’s own checklist. A new option combines annual and 30-day items in one visit.
• Nevada: The state’s 30-day and annual checklists are now fillable smart forms, with service plans for each or both together.
• South Carolina: Eleven testing and inspection forms were revised.

The right form on the right schedule means less manual tracking and clearer documentation when an inspector asks for it.

September 2026 added Nevada walkthrough checklists, rebuilt Iowa's asset-driven walkthroughs, and a New Hampshire AST test form, bringing PASS to 1,494 forms.

Customer feedback should show up in the software. September brought 39 PASS Tools updates. Most began with a customer pointing out something missing or not working. Here are four changes that make it easier to keep records organized and sites ready for an inspector:

• Did the test results arrive? The new Vendor Imports report shows batches received from testing providers and retries results that could not be matched to a site.

• Is paperwork actually missing? The Missing Paperwork report now flags real gaps instead of marking every facility under a selected category.

• Can someone find the PASS Book digital compliance binder at the site? Teams can print QR labels for their ATG Connect sites in one PDF.

• Who signs off on outsourced work? Contractors can review their inspections, while approval stays with the plan owner or managing provider.

These are the details our customers work with every day. Improving them helps teams spend less time chasing records and more time keeping sites inspection-ready.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth! It was great to catch up with friends, see customers, and meet new people across the industry. The highlight was hearing how PASS is helping our clients run more efficient, profitable, and compliant businesses. We’re proud of our growth, but hearing what that growth means for our customers is what matters most.

Keystone Cooperative grew from 16 to 43 locations across three states. Its UST compliance process needed to keep up.
