To our customers that were impacted by the outage, we appreciate your patience while our crew troubleshooted and worked to replace 5 of our Wireless Access Points at 250' height on the tower on Wednesday, July 27th.

-6 out 10 Access point radios were impacted by the lightning strike.
-1 radio still needs to be replaced; we're waiting on equipment from the vendor

Start time: 9:00 AM: July 13th, 2022
End time: 1:00 PM: July 13th, 2022

Expected Outage/Downtime: Intermittent Internet service throughout the maintenance window. Downtime expected to be 30 minutes to an hour.
