As we step into a new year, I want to take a moment to reflect on the journey of 2024—its wins, challenges, and lessons.

This past year has been filled with opportunities to grow, collaborate, and push ourselves further. From working on impactful projects to learning from incredible colleagues, and stepping outside of our comfort zones, I’m truly grateful for the experiences and the amazing people who made them so memorable.

A special note of gratitude goes to Steve Maxwell’s recovery—a moment that reminds us of strength, resilience and faith.

Not every moment was easy, but each challenge taught us something valuable. We’re committed to applying these lessons to better ourselves, our work, and the solutions we bring to our customers.

As we look ahead to 2025, our focus remains on delivering a best-in-class product, helping our customers thrive, and continuing to support sustainable and safe practices in the agricultural space.
