We have a new, new, new DNS. Due to the recent DNS related interruptions, I have created my own. What does this mean for you? By switching to mine, if there are any future related issues with the provider, we will not be affected. The instructions are slimmed down and simplified compared to before. Even a drunken monkey can follow along. Any questions, concerns, or assistance needed, I am here to help. Except during my Philadelphia Eagles games.

For those still experiencing issues after the server change, you will need to disable/turn off the security in your router.

Spectrum: turn off Security Shield
Xfinity/Comcast: turn off advanced security
Other internet providers will have different phrasing. If you cannot find the setting, contact your internet provider.

With everything going on in our country today, take a moment to personally thank a member of law enforcement. Give them a thumbs up, a salute, thank them vocally, pray for them if you can. Anywhere you are. Anyway you can.

I love you and admire and respect the thoughtless sacrifice you make each day. Me and my family continue to pray for you and your family every day for your safety. In a time where officers are demonized and made out in the media to be the most hated group...WE HAVE YOUR 6!!! Thank you and God bless you. May our Lord Jesus send angels to protect you on the dangerous streets.

INTERNET SLOW DOWN SPEEDS CAUSED BY COVID-19

As convenient as it may be wanting to point the blame on us for constant buffering, everyone is having a different experience. It's no secret that COVID-19 has forced EVERYONE to stay indoors. This is resulting in internet service providers to take on more usage than they've ever expected, literally overnight. As you know streaming TV depends on internet speeds and without decent speeds your TV service will freeze or buffer more than usual.

We have no control over this nor can we make adjustments for your internet service provider. What we've seen so far is good times during the day and not so good streaming at night but it all depends on where in he country or the world you are and the amount of traffic in your area.

I've included a few links to confirm that you aren't the only one affected by the internet slow downs. No need doing a speed test because your ISP won't record the real speeds to protect themselves. Even Netflix and YouTube were ordered by the UK Government to reduce streams from HD to SD in an attempt to relieve pressure off the Internet Service Providers.

In the wake of the Chinese virus outbreak, I want to extend my services to those who need it at a reduced rate. I will be offering a flat labor rate of $50 for all computer repair and services. The normal rate was $65/hour. This includes LCD replacement on laptops, virus scans & removal, hard drive replacement, data recovery (when possible) and more. The $50 is for labor only. Parts are extra as should be expected.
