Brad’s Home Entertainment would like to think our customers for all the love and support shown to us over the last week. We never expected something like this to happen by having service provider shut down, and we had very few negative people come through store getting refunds. Many folks were voicing their support and thanking us for what we were doing and a lot said the most important thing, they would be pray for us. That folks means the world. Want to say thank you so much to the very understanding customers who came in today. Very small number of negativity and most people were so respectful and understanding. We live in such an awesome community. We will honestly do everything possible for our customers. I even had folks asking if I needed help answering phone or offered to get me lunch. You guys are great and I do so appreciate each of you🙏

Need to make some information clear as there are some posts stating we’re going out of business. This is not true. The company that provided our stream service went out. So our stream service is no more. Customers on our service May come in for a refund on programming still left on their service. If you try to call, you will probably have to leave voicemail as we are busy taking care of those in store.

Brads home entertainment would like to inform all our stream customers that the supplier for programming has went out of business and totally closed office. We will be providing all customers programming refund for months left on service. We tried to provide a less expensive service for all and we apologize for the inconvenience
