So a customer in Pontiac Missouri owns a Marina runs multiple businesses has all their data on QuickBooks enterprise desktop 24 and this little Chip that’s supposed to make the Computer really fast gets clogged up and filled up pretty quick even though there’s a full one terabyte drive in the machine, the machine croaks and died. I had to spend 6 hours on data recovery on getting back all of their accounting on all of their businesses rebuilding the machine on the existing hard drive that wasn’t even being used, restoring all the data and moving all the files back so that the customer didn’t lose years of information & tax information too.

This weekend we had an Epson ET 5800 come in not turning on we got a possibility of a power board and a main board that can be replaced. However, the only place to get the chips and the boards are from Hong Kong so it’ll take up to a month to get with all the shipping problems, who knows how long it’ll take to get and if it’ll even fix the problem 11 anyway this is some of the problems we work on at our business if you have a printer that’s acting up. Let us know if you have a computer that’s slow. Let us know if you want to get away from Windows and stop big Brother from watching you.
