Exciting news! We’re thrilled to announce the launch of the Rise app, on the App Store!
The We Believe Foundation came to us over a year ago with a vision for a youth centered app to help them create good spiritual habits and connect to God each day. We build a lot of business focused apps so it is fun for us to work on something I know a lot my less techy peers might find more interesting. We’re immensely proud of the effort put in by our design, mobile development, and backend development teams. The Rise app is designed to help young people develop better habits with technology, especially by applying LDS gospel principles.
**Key Features of Rise**
- Daily video content from peers, focusing on direct experiences rather than preaching.
- Mindfulness and mental health features aimed at helping kids have alternative outlets to social media scrolling.
- Tools to build daily habits like meditation, prayer, and keeping commitments.
- Gamification elements to make habit-building fun and engaging.
- Upcoming features include a daily trivia game, more peer interactions, and an expanded video library.
- An Android version is on the way with additional functionalities.
- Since launch it has 4700 downloads and ranks #38 in the reference category.
- Only two app crashes since then 😅
We would love your support— download the app and leave us a review!

We drew inspiration from apps like Duolingo and Headspace, incorporating modern and relevant content with cool features like haptic feedback, home screen widgets, and a fancy stats backend.
We were super happy to have the We Believe Foundation ask us to help on this project. We hope Rise will provide a positive source for of content for youth that isn’t laced with traditional social media content.
