Make sure your SIM card remains in your phone.

See your app icons?
Now notice the larger boxes that show weather, news, calendar, or reminders.
Those are called "WIDGETS"

They’re helpful — but having too many can make your screen feel cluttered.

Try removing a few and see if your phone feels easier to use.

Before you blame your phone for being “slow”…
check your battery health.

On iPhone:
Settings → Battery → Battery Health & Charging

On Android:
Settings → Battery → Battery usage
(Some models also show battery health under Diagnostics.)

If your battery capacity is low,
your battery — not your phone — may be the issue.
Performance starts with power.

If your battery drains faster than it should…
check your background apps.

Some apps keep running even when you’re not using them.

On iPhone:
Settings → General → Background App Refresh

On Android:
Settings → Apps → Background usage
Turn off the apps that don’t need to run in the background.

Less background activity = better battery life.
