Ingredients
1 1⁄4 cup graham crackers, finely crushed (1 sleeve)
1 cup flour
1 1⁄2 tsp baking powder
1 stick (8 tablespoons) unsalted butter, softened
1⁄2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 egg, separated

A reminder that South Skagit Highway just south of (and across the river from) Sedro-Woolley will be closed until the start of July.

The Interstate 5 bridge across the Skagit River a few blocks away may be closed, but Copy & Print Store is open for business today. But with the Memorial Day Weekend at hand, we will be closed Saturday, May 25 through Monday, May 27th. If you don't make it in today, we hope to see you Tuesday!
