Art Lessons make me smile, especially since we got to enjoy the sunshine while drawing pumpkins. God is so good.

Hey New Vienna, come buy a lot of fun items at the Craft Bazaar held in the Faith in Christ Church!

I read some great devotions today about peace and being thankful. God is always good. He provides and blesses.

I am thankful to get the opportunity to do this little business on the side. I am thankful for those who have so sweetly supported this little side job just because they want to support local businesses. I am thankful.

Jesus is SO good!

One of my favorite bands sings a song called "Learning to be the Light."
The chorus says,
"It's so much brighter living in your world
Savior what You did for me
You gave me something I want everyone to see
When we stumble and it all goes wrong
Only you can make it right
So I say
Oh oh oh oh oh
I'm learning to be the light"

Today in class we talked about the fact that "nothing can separate us from the love of God," and I shared a story about me doing something pretty dumb as a kid. I talked about the fact that my choice did have repercussions, but one thing was for sure, my Mom and Dad did not stop loving me.

As we allow God to light our paths, remember never to hide back in the darkness. Remember that His love never leaves. Remember that when you fall, you can turn back to Him and He is right there waiting.

Only He can make it right. Let's learn to be the light together, and bring glory to God!

As the summer comes to an end and I prep for school to begin, I just feel so thankful. I am thankful for Jesus, His peace, and His faithfulness. I am thankful for His provision and His love (even though I have not deserved it).

I am thankful for the home God has provided, the jobs He has provided, and more than that I am thankful for the family and friends He has given me.

I am also thankful for everyone who has supported my small business this summer. Although I will still be doing Faith and Works work on the side during the school year, I have already begun to switch my focus to the wonderful task of teaching.

Jesus is so good and I am so so so thankful.
Thanks for a great summer!
