Customer Notification

We will be performing upgrades to our Fax Services today. Although we do not expect any downtime we wanted to make all our customers aware of the upgrade.
We’ve heard from our customers and added some key new features and edits to current ones. We are always open to ideas and suggestions. Please do not hesitate to reach out.

Key Upgrades

-Auto Retries on Failures.
Our eFax service will now be able to automatically send retries on failures. You will now only receive a failure email once all attempts have been done. This is an account setting and all accounts have defaulted to 3 attempts at 5-minute intervals. If you would like something different please email [email protected] and we’ll be happy to make the change for you.

-Better Details of Failures.

-We now provide more details on failures such as Busy, Call Dropped, etc. Please note the failure reason is for the last attempt of the fax.

-We’ve increased the server sizes to better handle the volumes, especially in the AM.

-Misc security updates

After a year of development and testing, we have officially launched our four flagship products. Secure Text App, SMS 2.0 Gateway, eFax Service and IS Archiver. These products will help businesses save time, and increase the deliverability of messages to their customers.
