Fair question! A few details upfront help us give you an accurate quote and recommend the right options for your project.
Here’s what we’re asking—and why:
🔢 HOW MANY DO YOU NEED?
Whether it’s brochures, yard signs, or promotional pens, quantity affects the price per piece and can help determine the most economical production method.
📏 WHAT SIZE?
A countertop display and a roadside banner have very different requirements. Dimensions affect materials, layout, readability, and cost.
🎨 WHAT’S GOING ON IT?
Are we printing one side or both? Does your booklet have eight pages or forty? Is your artwork ready, or do you need design help? Those details help us understand the work involved.
📍 HOW AND WHERE WILL IT BE USED?
A menu that gets wiped down daily, a sign exposed to the weather, and a flyer handed out at an event each need different materials or finishes.
📅 WHEN DO YOU NEED IT IN HAND?
An event date, grand opening, or mailing campaign gives us a deadline to plan around. We need to account for artwork, approval, production, finishing, and delivery.
💰 DO YOU HAVE A BUDGET IN MIND?
Your budget helps us narrow the options and explain the trade-offs. A different paper stock, sign material, or quantity may help you get more from your investment.
