We want to sincerely thank all of our customers for your patience and understanding while we worked to get our equipment back up and running. We continue to diligently work through individual outage tickets as our core network equipment is back on line. The recent storms and lightning wreaked havoc on our equipment, causing unexpected issues and delays. We truly appreciate your patience, kindness, and continued support as we worked through the repairs and work on getting everything back to normal. Our wireless tower in Columbus Junction is currently down due to the storm this morning so anyone coming off of that tower will have no internet service. Our technicians are working diligently to fix the situation. We apologize for the inconvenince and appreciate your patience. Thank you.

Around Noon today our main cabinet in Wapello over heated causing multiple cards to reboot. We believe we have this issue fixed. We will continue to monitor this. Sorry for any inconvenience.

We appreciate all our customers being patient today with our fiber cut. Line was cut around 9:30 and repaired around 4:30 with phone service restored around 6:30. Shout out to our employees and MTC Technologies for helping out.
