BLIZZARD WARNING

The Iredell County News and Weather Service has issued a Blizzard Warning for Iredell County

Expected Conditions:
• Heavy snowfall with heavy sweating with significant shirt-soaking possible
• Sustained winds of 178 mph or greater with complaints of "It's hot enough to fry an egg out here"
• Near-zero visibility and motivation due to excessive heat and humidity
• Dangerous travel conditions on roads or driveways between the house and the mailbox.

Impacts:
• Whiteout conditions may occur when stepping from air conditioning into the parking lot.
• Travel could become extremely dangerous and extremely uncomfortable without A/C.
• Power outages are possible due to heavy snow and McDonald's Ice cream machine may experience a meltdown due to increased demand.
• Emergency services may experience delayed response times because the roads are sticking to their tires or they are suffering from brain freeze due to excessive snow cone consumption.

Stay weather aware and do not travel unless it is an emergency run to a pool or river.
