So after my cleanse was completed, my RCD offered an additional challenge..30 pounds in 90 days...I did accept the challenge...I however did not make 30, in fact I was only a 3rd of the way there...11 pounds in that 90 days. Now that the challenge is over I have decided to do my second round of the 5-day nutritive cleanse. I am currently on day 3 and feeling great. [ 45 more words ]

So if you are like me, you love your fur baby. Well I have to tell you I think I may have the craziest black lab around. So several months ago she started limping around. I mean she was running on 3 legs. Quite interestingly faster than my yellow lab on all fours. So like any good fur parent we put her on rest, which she was not happy about. [ 219 more words ]
