We’re introducing our updated RTC yard signs — with personalization options coming soon!

These signs are available free of charge for anyone who needs a replacement or would like a fresh one. You’re also encouraged to pick up additional signs for neighbors or friends who may be interested in better internet service.

For every new subscriber who joins after displaying a sign, both the sign‑holder and the new customer receive a $50 credit.

You may take up to five signs if you know multiple households who could benefit.

We’ve received a few questions and concerns about construction activity along US Hwy 231 near Burns City and Haysville.

RTC is not currently performing construction in that area, and the work taking place is not connected to an RTC project. When RTC performs construction, we are transparent about where we are building, updating, or maintaining network infrastructure that may affect residents and businesses.

We understand construction can be frustrating, especially when it impacts traffic, driveways, yards, or daily routines. While this work is not ours, we want to help clear up any confusion and make sure residents have accurate information.

If you are an RTC customer experiencing a service issue, please contact us directly so our team can look into it.

Overnight, May 26 into the morning of May 27, from approximately midnight to 4:00 a.m., RTC Communications is conducting necessary maintenance that will impact customers in the Glendale area, including the Alfordsville area to some areas south of Washington.

Happy Memorial Day!

This Memorial Day, we honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. From all of us at RTC, we remember their courage and thank the families who carry their legacy forward.

Our offices will be closed in honor of Memorial Day on Monday, May 25th, but, as always our phone lines are open for any issues over the holiday weekend.
