In this role, you'll help customers with service requests, billing questions, and product education while also supporting sales initiatives, community outreach, and growth in the communities we serve.

We're looking for someone who is:

✅ Organized and detail-oriented
✅ Comfortable with technology and computer systems
✅ Passionate about serving rural communities
✅ A strong communicator and team player
