🔧 Scheduled Network Maintenance Notice – Saturday, October 17 | 12:00 AM – 7:00 AM

ZiTEL will be performing scheduled network maintenance beginning at midnight on Friday night, October 16, and continuing until approximately 7:00 AM on Saturday, October 17.

Most customers are not expected to experience any disruptions during this maintenance window. However, a small number of customers may notice brief, intermittent interruptions in service while work is being completed.

Our team will work to minimize any disruptions as we continue making improvements to the ZiTEL network.

ZiTEL will be performing a planned network update tomorrow night, Thursday, October 8, beginning at midnight and continuing until approximately 4:00 AM at our Westlake CO and Scruggs PoP in Franklin County.

During this maintenance window, some customers in the Westlake and Scruggs areas may experience a temporary service outage. We anticipate the number of affected customers will be limited.
