We're proud to introduce Reggie, the first member of CubCloud's summer 2026 intern class.

He brings curiosity, ex*****on, and a willingness to learn. In just a few short weeks he has adapted to our workflow and has been working on internal projects that we will be deploying this summer.

We're proud to announce that Justin Estrada has been promoted to Chief Software Officer at CubCloud AI.

Justin came on months ago and made himself indispensable fast. He leads our software engineering function and owns the build across our product line, from voice AI to the platforms running on our Missoula infrastructure. The title follows the work. He earned it by shipping, thinking three moves ahead, and utilizing AI in an inspiring way to 10x his workflow.

He pairs deep engineering range with a product instinct for what actually gets built and what customers will use. He sets the standard the rest of the team builds to, and he raises it every sprint.

Some of his sharpest work never ships to a customer. Justin has been a driving force behind the internal tools that make CubCloud faster, the systems most companies never get around to building for themselves. That work compounds, and the whole team moves quicker because of it.

We're very excited to announce that Azlyn Caldwell has joined CubCloud AI as Chief Research Officer!

She leads our research function and is building Research as a Service (RaaS). Markets now move faster than companies are able to interpret their own data. RaaS treats research as standing infrastructure, turning the intelligence companies already own into strategy they can act on at decision speed.
She brings agentic system design, sales strategy optimization, and AI readiness indexing to the role. Among her research threads: LLM behavioral consistency and algorithmic influence on human cognition and social systems.

Azlyn is a fifth-generation Montanan with roots in Whitefish and a University of Montana education. Her work in educational resource allocation grew out of understanding Montana firsthand, a mindset she brings to CubCloud Community.

We want to give a huge shoutout and thanks to the Flathead Valley Community College and the Wacholz Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center. We had a great seminar, met many awesome new folk from the Flathead and solidified partnerships. Thanks Eric and Stephanie for having us and Mark with BeargrassAI for joining us (and partnering!)
