I ask women in the MOB how much they want to make every month.

Want to guess the answer I hear over and over?

$10,000.

But then we do the math.

How many sales does that require?
How many leads?
How many conversations?
How much time?

And something really interesting happens…

They change the number.

Not because they're giving up.

Because they realize they were chasing somebody else's definition of success.

Maybe success is $10K.

Maybe it's $3K and being home when your kids get off the bus.

Maybe it's $50K.

There is no wrong answer if it's actually YOUR answer.

Stop letting the internet decide what your life is supposed to look like.
