As many of you now know, Stovepipe Perkins aka Alphonso Perkins aka Knock Kneed Sally front man aka Scott White aka Bill Murray look-alike aka (practically) Michelin-starred Breakfast Chef aka Dimples aka Dad passed away Tuesday from complications arising from Type II Diabetes. Celebration of Life jam session planned for 10/27 at Kunckleheads from 7-10pm.

He was always his fans #1 fan and each night he was on stage, he tried to ensure everyone had a great time. Not just a gig or a show, seeing him perform was a whole night of music and stories and certainly laughs. Most of all, I’m gonna miss that incredibly loud, booming laugh.

This fund will be used initially to resolve his final expenses, but then any remaining monies will be a donation in his name to Sweet Relief Musicians Fund. Sweet Relief Musicians Fund provides financial assistance to all types of career musicians and music industry workers who are struggling to make ends meet while facing illness, disability, or age-related problems. In other words, Healing Musicians in Need.

Funny, doing some work for a client over the weekend... I was trying to schedule a lunch with my daughter and sent "Hey, you want to grab lunch or dinner?" but I sent it to this new client.

She responded with "Excuse me".... to which I responded "Sorry, I think I'll be finished Sunday morning, for pick up"

And didn't another thing about it, until she sent me a note saying her husband would meet me to pick up the Laptop.

Been laughing most of the morning, I guess I'm a Pervy Letch. I'm heading out to get my trench coat now.....

A managed IT client of ours is transitioning their network for the most part, to the cloud.

So we start by moving them off of Microsoft Exchange and onto Office 365. Easy Enough :)

Next up is to get them off Active Directory... We needed to remove the Domain Controller and then move users to local logins.
