In the weeks ahead the current owners of the MTN brand will continue to position themselves on the side of social justice and racial equality. They are trading on MTN's (thinning) goodwill among progressive communities to advance their own far right agenda.

They are not your friends. They hold the same views as right wing libertarians such as the Boogaloos and in a way that is hard to fathom, also Red Pill Incels and the Proud Boy fascists. They are exploiting the brand to right an imagined wrong done to them by the City of Minneapolis and to advance their own hateful point-of-view.

Do not be fooled, they are not your ally if you work for justice of any kind, and if you care about Minneapolis as a community and as a cultural force. They really want to destroy you, but only after they have exploited you.

Please hold suspect any communication with or from other MTN social media accounts. Their leadership has proven affiliations with some the groups known to be agitators in the current situation. Red Pill Militia in particular.
