I met with the owner of another electronics repair shop this week that has about a half dozen shops around town. He's a local small business entrepreneur that is growing his business and fending off competition from the national phone repair franchises that have started to invade our city. It was refreshing to meet with him and talk about our repair businesses without feeling threatened by the other's business. We aren't competitors and would gladly held each other out when needed. We respect the quality of work that each other brings to the business and high level of customer service. If a repair shop puts out crappy work and bad service it hurts ALL repair shops. Support your local business!!

Is your charging port not working properly? Charging cable not sitting right and you have to hold the cable at a funny angle in order for the battery to charge? You probably DON'T need a new charging port. Most likely you have a TON of lint in the charging port that needs to be removed. You can use a toothpick and be VERY CAREFUL not to damage the pins inside. OR, give me a call and I'll take the lint out for FREE!

Where is the best place to get your iPhone 6 or 6+ to get a new screen? The Apple Store! Seriously. The price for a new screen is still too high to offer that repair right now. That will change in the future and we will eventually start offering that repair.
