This will be so good!

This FREE online masterclass explores the 'Sage' Woman stage of life.

In celebration of Maya healer Don Elijio Panti's birthday, Dr. Rosita Arvigo will explore the gifts of this extraordinary phase of a woman's life: wisdom, creativity, discernment, leadership, and the quiet confidence that comes from truly knowing yourself.

Whether you're entering this season, already living it, or simply curious to learn more, this is a beautiful opportunity to hear Rosita's reflections gathered over a lifetime of healing.

This event is free, open to everyone.

Quick! I have an opening this Saturday at 2!
Only for established patients. If you have seen me at my private clinic but not at Selby, call them to get that spot. Just let them know you are one of my patients. It won’t allow you to do that online (unless you have come to Selby already) but the front desk can work magic!
I have a few spots for new patients next week but these appointments fly!

At Selby Acupuncture in St. Paul we provide natural solutions to modern day health concerns using the wisdom of Traditional Chinese acupuncture medicine.

Morning coffee with this floof. 🥰 I love little cat beans!
I think I need to train this cat to be a therapy cat. You can’t hear it but she’s softly purring and just being a love. Perfect way to start the day.

A beautiful piece written about what has been going on here and a little about what I'm seeing in clinic. Thank you and Melissa Ann Yoga for writing this beautiful piece about how we are coming together to be there for our neighbors. The voice of Martin Luther King Jr and Gandhi sure are ringing through all we do and how we show up for all.

In moments of collective trauma, the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and Saint Paul often move like a single body; sometimes tense, sometimes trembling, but rarely disconnected.
